Als Self Help Buch hätte mich das Buch komplett überzeugt, längere Texte, genauer auf Dinge eingegangen und nicht so viele Wiederholungen (manchmal hab ich mich echt gefühlt als wenn wir uns im Kreis drehen) und das Buch hätte mindestens 4 Sterne von mir bekommen. A powerful resource for those invested in the work of personal transformation, building self-awareness, and deepening their connection with others. i tabbed all my fave sections and i can’t wait to go back and reread them as often as i need to to keep me on my healing journey.
